LloydsPharmacy FAQs
About Lloydspharmacy.com Prices and Cost?
LloydsPharmacy offers a variety of services, including online prescriptions and consultations. For private prescriptions, treatments can be delivered for free or collected at over 7000 locations. The Online Doctor service provides prescription treatments and advice without a face-to-face appointment. This service is suitable for those who do not already have an NHS or private prescription but may still require treatment. The cost of the service includes the medication, next-day delivery, fit notes, and referrals. Payment options include a one-off appointment, monthly, or annual subscription. The cost of each product varies depending on the treatment. For example, the cost for a Coronavirus test kit starts at £1.89 per test. Standard delivery for other products is £3.49, and orders are delivered in 3-4 working days once approved by the pharmacist. The approval process is operational from Monday to Friday. The entire process is discreet and confidential. All clinicians are GMC/GPhC registered, and each provides exceptional care to the highest UK medical standards.

Lloydspharmacy.com Return Policy?
LloydsPharmacy.com has a returns policy that allows customers to return any items they are not entirely satisfied with. Customers have 14 calendar days from the date they received their complete order to notify LloydsPharmacy if they have changed their mind about the order. Any item to be returned must be received within 14 calendar days of the notification of the intention to return the items. Orders cancelled under the regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of the order, but customers are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items wished to be cancelled. Unfortunately, postage is not refunded on return of part orders. This right to change mind does not apply to the supply of prescription medicines and the supply of other medicines by a healthcare professional as part of a health service. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. The right to return an item is lost if a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons is unsealed. The regulations give LloydsPharmacy the right to reduce the amount of refund that customers receive if they have damaged or used the returned items in any way. The amount by which the refund might be reduced will be dependent on the decrease in value of the use of the item. If the use means that the items cannot be resold, this reduction may be 100%. If unwanted items weigh less than 5kg, they can be returned by post or by using another commercial courier within 14 days of notifying the intention to return the items. To return items, they should be repackaged carefully and returned at the address notified. A “Proof of Postage” should be obtained. If an item is over 5kg, the Customer Services team should be contacted. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows customers to claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. In some cases, LloydsPharmacy may offer to repair or replace the item free of charge. If the first repaired or replacement item supplied also turns out to be faulty then a refund can be claimed at this point, which includes the price paid for it plus any standard postage charges. This does not apply to items that have failed due to wear and tear. Additional manufacturer's warranties with some products, such as electrical items, may give additional rights. Unfortunately, the shipping policy could not be found.
